Order Policy for Wedding Dresses
1. General Terms & Conditions
SIA SADONI Global, based in Riga, Latvia, operates the online shop www.sadoni-shop.com. All orders, deliveries, and services are exclusively governed by the following terms and conditions. Any deviations require written agreement from us. We prioritize providing top-quality service and products. Review the terms upon purchase approval and feel free to contact us for any clarifications.
2. Contracts
- By completing the order form on our website, you're making a binding offer for a purchase contract. Upon receiving your order, we'll send an email confirming receipt, but this doesn't signify acceptance.
- Acceptance and the formation of a contract occur only after full payment is confirmed and we have accepted the order.
3. Prices and Product Presentation
- Prices listed on our website upon ordering apply, excluding shipping costs. VAT is included for EU countries only, for non-EU countries VAT is not included in the prices, - read more about VAT below!
4. Payment
- The purchase price becomes due immediately upon order acceptance and is payable only via credit card, charged upon order receipt.
5. Sizes
- Please note that all SADONI products, including bridal and evening dresses, are made to order. We do not carry stock of these items.
- European sizes EU 32-42 are available for all items, with select items available up to sizes 44-48.
- Correct sizing and measuring is crucial. Refer to our size chart; we can also assist in determining the best size. Smaller alterations for bridal outfits are often necessary and not included in the price.
6. Cancellation and Exchange Policy
- Cancellation Right | You can cancel your order within 48 hours by emailing us without stating reasons. Sale items are non-cancelable.
- Exchange Policy | Made-to-order items such as wedding dresses and evening wear, sales items, and lingerie cannot be exchanged. Other in-stock items can be exchanged within 14 days from receipt with our approval. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
7. Complaints
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you believe there's a production fault. We'll assess the issue based on provided documentation. For valid complaints, we aim for a mutually satisfactory resolution. Returns must comply with our return policy.
8. Shipping & Dispatch
- Goods will be dispatched after full payment to your specified address via post service or FedEx courier. All our goods originate from Latvia.
- Shipping within the EU incurs minimal transport risk; non-EU destinations carry shipping risks and costs borne by the customer.
9. VAT, Import Duties & Local Taxes | Non-EU Countries
- Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges will typically be assessed once the package reaches your country. Please check with your local customs rules for import from EU before placing your order.
- The customer is solely responsible for paying any additional charges related to VAT, import duties, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country. SIA SADONI Global bears no responsibility for these taxes or duties and cannot predict their amount or impact on the final cost of the order. Please consider these potential additional costs when making your purchase.
10. Retention of Title
- Goods remain the property of SADONI until full payment is received.
11. Liability
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries, notify us in writing. Our obligation is to replace or repair such goods within reasonable time.
